DemetriaMarie 8 Posted October 11, 2017 How frustrating to be stalled for so long?! It's been a year without the scale moving. I have to lose 15 pounds in 10 days. A little back story, I went to see a plastic surgeon to have a panniculectomy done and my insurance denied me. The surgeons office appealed the denial, insurance came back and said I have to send in proof that my BMI is 30 or below. Well I'm still overweight by 15 pounds. I would like to do a pouch reset but has anyone reset their pouch 5 years later and have been successful? Also were you able to workout with no solid food just liquids? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you so much!!Sent from my P00I using BariatricPal mobile appSent from my P00I using BariatricPal mobile app 1 whitmac reacted to this
Berry78 4,261 Posted October 11, 2017 15 pounds in 10 days? You can try the liquid diet like preop... low carb and low fat, but that is asking an awful lot. Good luck! 3 ProudGrammy, DropWt4Life and DemetriaMarie reacted to this
MarinaGirl 609 Posted October 11, 2017 pouch reset is a fad diet. I think the best approach would be to only eat dense Protein and non-starchy vegetables; no cheating. And no sugar, artificial sweeteners, or processed food either. 6 DemetriaMarie, Nataliesmom, pzzytat and 3 others reacted to this

To lose so much weight in so little time. I'm going to try going back to the basics. Hopefully it works for me.Sent from my P00I using BariatricPal mobile app 2 Berry78 and Stella S reacted to this

DemetriaMarie 8 Posted October 26, 2017 I'm doing great!! I only have 4 more pounds to go!! I did incorporate intermittent fasting as well. Not eating before 11am and nothing after 7pm but I'm constantly drinking Water which helps me stay super fullSent from my P00I using BariatricPal mobile app 1 pzzytat reacted to this
