I am a QUEEN!!!

I fulfilled a life long dream and ran in a beauty pageant at 47!!! I WON!!! I am the 2007 Woman Louisiana Honeybee Festival Queen and I will travel around my state promoting our cause at other festivals for the next year. I would not have imagined it ever. Amber, most of the festival crowns in Louisiana are that big. Look at my daughter's crown in the pic with both of us.

And to everyone. This is meant to inspire all of you to reach for whatever goals you have in life. Don't feel like it is too late to do anything. My next goal is to be a runner although currently I am a couch potato! ha ha But I've joined others here who are striving for that goal and it only starts with a single step.
