Hello I was wondering if anybody knows whether or not the Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurts are ok for the 1 week post op liquid diet ????

I was never on liquid once I left the hospital. So yes Greek yog was perfect choice.

Yes. As long as it doesn't have chunks of fruit in it.
