Okay, everyone my day is tomorrow 10/11. I’m having the sleeve and gallbladder removal. Scared and excited at the same time. I been on Clear Liquids for 14 days and feel great. I keep thinking if I can do 14 days of clear liquids, then why couldn’t I be faithful to any other diet plans and not have this surgery...[emoji848][emoji848]

Lol....for me it was important to stay busy. Also, thinking about making sure my liver has shranked.
