I will be 5 weeks tomorrow, I lost 22 pounds in the first 3 weeks but been on a stall since then I'm feeling a bit frustrated my scale hasn't moved any advise?

The only thing all the veterans say is wait. It happens to nearly everyone around 3 weeks.

I was sleeved on the 19th and am also in a stall. But visually I can tell I'm losing. We'll break out of it soon!
