Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas to get through the liquid phase thursday I will be 2 weeks post op and broth and popcicles are getting old

I put unflavored Protein Powder in my broth it made it a little bit thicker and it made me stop feeling hungry

Also any Protein Drink suggestions I was doing Premier Protein and I just can't seem to get them down

I did premiere then i found one its a 30$ for 12 but they are soo good ,got them from rite aidr or GNC there called lean shake

I will have to look into those I just can't get the Premier Protein down now

I use Bariatric Advantage chocolate protein powder irs great

I wasn't able to after about 3 weeks so I took a shot and try these lean ones and they are really good they have a Swiss chocolate one tastes just like a chocolate shake

And they're high Protein the 25 G per shake and less sugar and less carbs than in Premier Protein

The Vitamin store has a Protein drink fuzzy Navel it's so good. I'm so sick of primer protein right now.
