barbarainc1 1 Posted October 9, 2017 35 lbs to loss in order to reach my goal. I had the sleeve surgery May 8, 2016 after 6 or 7 months I stop losing weight - I walking about 4 to 5 miles most days. After having my weight loss surgery - I guess I was one of the blessed ones nothing ever made me sick (food, dairy products & etc) nothing. I still have a sweet tooth and I love chips, not a bread eater. I have all the different things you can do with cauliflower & spaghetti squash. Is there anyone out there that can help or give some advice on this "REAL LIFE ISSUE"Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
spinleespin 2 Posted October 15, 2017 Take out dairy and flour based products from your diet. You will see the scale move.
Berry78 4,261 Posted October 15, 2017 It's all about calories in and out. Knock your calories back down to 1000/day and see if that helps. (When you cut out processed foods it helps you get more food per calorie).
