bwaynejr 19 Posted October 9, 2017 I just started pureed and went from being excited to try real food to rock bottom in about 20 minutes. DropWt4Life 957 Posted October 9, 2017 Denser Protein rich foods will trigger your restriction. Refried Beans are more of a slider, and so you can eat more. I can eat about 5-6 ounces of refried beans, but really feel the restriction with 3 1/2 ounces of meat. You are fine.
