How long did the gas last?

10/12 will be one month! Other than horrific gas pain at times I'm healing and losing weight pretty steady! I want to know how long this gas lasts. Can you give me your input?

I'm 3 years out and I still get bad gas from time to time. I'd say the worst and most frequent happened maybe in the first 6 months to a year.

As I'm writing this I have pretty bad gas. Since my wife and I both had gastric bypass, we make sure to have plenty of gas-x on hand.
