Loose skinnn !!!!

Hey everyone! Ok so I weigh 250 lbs and my surgery is in Oct. 13 ..... I'm so excited but I'm a bit worried about having loose skin after the weight loss ..... I'm just wondering if there's any way to prevent that from happening ??

No. And it all comes down to age, genetics, how long you have been overweight and how overweight you are....just part of the process. It will shrink some over a few years but will not go back to normal - like a deflated overfilled balloon in most cases.

I would rather the loose skin than the weight. I love what has happened to my health, life, and body since surgery three months ago. I would make this decision a million times over
