Hi,

I know this is an old post but wanted to say I am in the same boat.

Diagnosed with lipoedema a few weeks ago. Am on the waiting list for a sleeve. Asked my Team for a meeting to discuss as a sleeve will have no impact on fat in bum and legs; it is very likely that I will always have a high BMI because of the weight in my legs which kind of changes my view on WLS for me.

Has anybody had any luck discussing this with their WLS team?
