Exercise & weight loss

I was just sleeved last week and am excited for this transformation that is about to begin. I have lost quite a bit this past week, walking 1.5-2 miles a day

what is the best exercise routine- once I start going back to the gym to lose more weight and gain muscles...... I figure muscles will somewhat cover the loose skin

Boxing- wow. I am afraid of hurting the stomach/staple line.... I guess it heals enough for things like that
