Sophia Duran 4 Posted October 3, 2017 My surgery date for gastric sleeve was on Sep 22, 2017. I have no idea what to add to my diet. Up until now, I’ve just have Water, broth, Jello, popsicles, Gatorade and apple juice. I’ve been scared to jump into the next stage. Any suggestions on what I can add this week. Are the Premier Protein shakes ok now?? Hunger is really starting to set in and I’ve been extremely moody. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🤝

enigma_007 95 Posted October 3, 2017 Did ur surgeon give u a meal plan for after surgery...like how long each phase should last? If u search here for the phases im sure ull find some tips. Its been almost two weeks.on Clear Liquids and u seem to be tolerating it so i think u could introduce the protien shake. But again its better to seel advice from ur surgeonSent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app

There is a break down of weeks, but it isn’t very detailed.
