Has anyone tried these? There are delicious. 2 egg bites have 19 grams of Protein and 9 carbs. I get the bacon and cheese. I can only eat one they are so filling. I can get two meals out of one order. They also have egg white with red peppers.

I love them! I can easily eat 2, I could eat 4 if I wanted, they don't trigger restriction. Luckily they are delicious and very satisfying, no reason to over eat with them. They are my go to Protein on the go if I can't get nuggets from ChikFilA

Ugh I read how to make them and looked up the equipment and decided I would just let Starbucks do the work. When they discontinue them like they do everything delicious. I will look into making them myself.

Yeah my daughters high school friend used to work there and I got my coffee free.... well now that they've graduated and gone on to college I am faced with a double whammy! College tuition and having to pay for my coffee LOL!
