godblessedchild 30 Posted October 9, 2017 Hi lovely-x love your earring plan will try that. My eating is all over the place. Some days Breakfast is oatmeal or jimmy dean scrambles or a Protein Shake, my lunch consists of 1/2 avocado, Johnsonville grilled chicken breast or a frozen chicken sandwich, with cucumber and tomatoes salad. My tastebuds are all over the place. And if I have a craving for sweets I get it. But I will try your plan after I do this reset and let you know how it's going for me. Cause I'm a year out and only lost 42lbs getting frustrated and depressed

lovely_x 2 Posted October 9, 2017 Hi Asapp, I just copied the info from that link. Thanks for the heads up! Hey all! It's been awhile since I've posted, but I need some advice. Does anyone have a daily meal plan they are willing to share with me? I am 9 lbs away from my goal, I've been going to the gym 5 times a week, but I still have cravings for sweets and am unsure of exactly what I should be eating, meal wise. I saw a dietician, but she didn't seem to understand that I wanted a meal plan, not just the grams of Protein that I need to have, per day. Thank you, all!
