I'm 4 weeks out after surgery and my doctor never had me go on a soft food diet really it was only eggs and cottage cheese and yogurt for for two weeks after the three weeks of liquid diet is it okay to have boiled chicken and really soft cabbage and mushrooms boiled I'm only 5 days away from going to solid food
