Can anyone give me a comprehensive list of what foods are slider ones? I know that ice cream is, but what about puréed food like Soup and mashed potatoes etc... My understanding is that you may still feel hungry eating slider foods and that you won't really be able to recognize your pouch fullness until you're eating more solid foods like meat etc.

I am sure someone can help you though different sliders for different people like nuts is a slider for some filling for others.

Can I ask why you want a list of slider foods? I assume you already have a list of foods you can eat.

It is true that you will feel fuller on dense Protein . But I still felt full on puree stage some dont.

It is different for everyone and for me (7.5 months out) some items have changed from being filling to 'sliding' over time.

I've had Protein ice cream and it isn't a slider for me, it actually sits heavy. But I haven't had it in a long time either.

Salad on the other hand... I feel like it never feels me up unless there is dense protein in it.

Crackers (rf wheat thins and multi crackers are all I have tried) are a slider and chips (even protein chips). popcorn too (skinny pop is my go to for an occasional 'splurge', but I have to be strict about measuring it or I would eat the whole bag!!)

Sweets make my stomach cramp. Cake, Cookies, etc.. even just a bite...are a no go for me and I'm very thankful for that!!!

Just be diligent in measuring!!! 'Good' food can be sliders too, but you still need to be careful to ensure you are hitting protein and Water first and foremost!

Very interesting that it changes.

Currently one bag of protein chips 100 cals I can only eat a few so don't bother weighting.

Tortilla chips I weigh out 1 ounce of it then one ounce cashew nuts. And if I eat them at the same time there is Half the stuff left.
