Mexico Sleevers and Dr. Appts

I was sleeved on August 18, 2017 in Tijuana, Mexico. I haven’t seen a primary care physician since my surgery and I was wondering at what point I should do so? I’ve heard that it’s a good idea to check in with a doctor to make sure everything is going smoothly and you’re not malnourished. Even those of you who were sleeved in the states, how often have you seen your doctor? Thanks friends

I had surgery in FL, but am receiving most of my follow up care from my Pcp. My surgeon gave me post op labs to have done at 6 weeks, 6 months, 1 year and then every year after. It's a whole slew of tests, and my Pcp had no problems ordering them.

I've been having heart palpitations and have emailed the Bariatric nurse back in FL. She has been great with reviewing my labs and providing advice that I have passed along to my Pcp who was happy for the input.
