Irish Girl in NW 20 Posted September 25, 2017 Sleeved in 3/2017. First month was getting used to everything...mainly eating. Months 2-5 were scattered! Eating this! Trying that! No, that didn't work! Oh, that works! Body seemed like it was resisting change....weight loss was slow. Summertime was here and schedule was not consistent! Finally! The last three weeks I have developed a great schedule that works for me and am down 10 more lbs! Total weight lost since initial consult is 61 lbs. Am now jogging 4 miles a day 3x's a week. Plus 2 days endurance exercising. I found foods that are perfect for me....Life is good!
