Gnat 15 Posted December 16, 2017 Day 3 is the worst. I’m one week into the Pre-Op and I can’t tell you it does get better. As your body detoxes you begin to think more clearly. I still would love a pizza BUT I don’t go as crazy about it and can reason that this is all worth it. There is a light at the end of the tunnel! My doctors and nurses told me that if I do get hungry, really hungry, at any point to have a small something off the list of approved items. That has helped me at times. Lotte22 37 Posted December 16, 2017 That’s very good to hear! I’m allowed three shakes a day, but if I stay up really late, that’s not enough. Last night I got soooo hungry so I drank another half a shake. It’s not technically allowed, but I felt that it wasn’t a true cheat because the shakes are an approved item. I’m glad to hear that your nurse doesn’t think that’s too bad.

ShimmyShade 93 Posted January 23, 2018 I remind myself that I'm doing it to lessen complications during surgery. 1 Rainbow_Warrior reacted to this
