Example: I no longer eat while watching tv anymore. I notice that I over eat when I do that. Also, I've been working on chewing my food thoroughly before swallowing it. Roadrunner 1 10 Posted October 13, 2017 Hi, How are you doing now? It is a part of the process and you will go through different feelings in post op. Get a notebook to write down any questions you think of for the docs nurses and nutritionist/dietician. Be as patient as possible with all that you will go through. I also agree that when you get to the semi solid as well as solid food stage chewing so the food is very fine and eating Proteins first is very important. I hope I was helpful.
