46w4kds 177 Posted September 24, 2017 Had my sleeve done on August 29th so happy I can eat Now! I have lost 20lbs and I'm so happy, but I feel like maybe I'm eating to much or not enough sometimes.. My Dr. Does not have me counting calories yet, he is just wanting me to make sure I eat a lot of Protein.< /p>I know everyone's diet is different, but it still leaves me with concern. What are you eating? How is your weight loss going? Now my pre-op weight was 244 and didn't loose any weight before surgery, so I'm was thinking I should of lost more by now... what do you think?Sent from my SM-G928T using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Joonburg reacted to this
kamjmm25 28 Posted September 24, 2017 I had surgery on 8/24. I lost 17 pounds during my two week preop diet and then 13 pounds since surgery. I have been in a three week stall. I am not losing anymore weight even though I am following the diet and walking a mile a day. It has me a bit worried.
46w4kds 177 Posted September 25, 2017 I have noticed I'm losing an average of 6lbs a week, but I also didn't lose pre-opA lot of others have said give it time and stay off the scales, but it's so hardSent from my SM-G928T using BariatricPal mobile app 1 ahnormandeau reacted to this

I say stick to the plan and don't go near the scale. I got sleeved on August 28th and had some hummus and salmon today (my first real food since pre-op) and it tasted like it was made at a five star restaurant! I had it with three crackers and I'm going to try some veggies with it next time.

Had a couple of stalls here and there but stuck to the meal plan. I found it easier to focus on the percentage of weight I lost towards my goal(vs. total lbs) and it helped me alot. In our shoes any weight loss is good. Just try your hardest to hit your protein and Water goals!Sleeved 8/10/17 HT: 5'2HW: 214 SW: 212 CW: 192 Goal:

46w4kds 177 Posted October 6, 2017 Update ... sleeved 8/29/2017HW 272 SW 244 CW 221Still loosin but so slowly, not counting calories just making sure I'm eating Protein, protein, and more protein.I still feel like I'm not losing much, try not to get depressed but it's really hard. Seemed like after losing the first 20 the next 3lbs was harder to achieve. I can't give up!! I know everyone is different, but I would really like to know where the end of August to first of September of 2017 stands with their weight loss.Sent from my SM-G928T using BariatricPal mobile app
