There are so many recipes jumbled around this site I am looking for current favorites for Phase One. Looking to stock up before surgery 10/17. (Oh and how does one navigate on Pinterest? Geez I click a recipe pic and it takes me to another page not the recipe! Can you tell I'm challenged

Clear Liquids?

Not sure I used any recipes, just drank clear liquids--broth, Water, G2 Gatorade (low sugar), crystal light... some people do sugar free Jello and popsicles.

Thanks Jess- actually I meant recipes for broth mostly- I seemed to tolerate that really well when I had my gall bladder out (although I hear peoples tastes change after the surgery so who knows....)

Ah got it.

I don't have any recipes I just bought mine! I did love hot and sour Soup and miso soup a lot!
