Birth control after RNY

My doc had told me reg BC would not be effective after surgery... I'm 21 days post op and looking for options... Any suggestions other than IUD those are scary... thanks in advance for any input 🤗

I'm on Depo. I'm not sure if that's an option for you but it's something to consider if you're not afraid of needles or anything....
