I'm struggling with head hunger today, and most of the week. My stomach feels full but I keep feeling hungry and I know it's in my head. What do you guys do when that happens? I'm so stressed out about my wedding and I think thats part of the problem. Normally I'd turn to food! And my dr. just cancelled my appointment and I can't get in again til 11/6 because of the wedding and honeymoon since my schedule is so crazy finishing up the wedding plans and I'm also working 2 jobs and going to school for my masters.

Any advice is extremely appreciated.

I've heard acid reflux can present In hunger ? Maybe ask your doc for a pill for that and see?

I drink so glass of 1% milk, I get my Protein and it fills me up. Also drinking plenty of Water helps me as well.
But definitely breathe and put your mind on one thing at a time, sounds like your under a lot of stress! Good luck to you
