Is anyone else experiencing body pains while losing weight??

Since starting to lose, I have felt various body aches that I am not used to feeling. I have an ache in my arm, and some residual leg pain...

Is it normal to feel different aches and pains that you're not used to feeling???

Do you think this has something to do with less padding???

I had a lot of hip pain while I was losing weight. My knee also started hurting a little. I think that my body just had to adjust to its new weight. It has gone away completely now though.

I did, I kinda chalked it up to things "condensing" a bit. Not sure if that was it but my answer satisfied me.

I do have mega knee pain. There are days it's really bad but it didn't happen until after I lost weight so it must be the running.
