brimm_brittany 45 Posted September 20, 2017 So, I want to start a thread where everyone can just vent about their surgery. Even if you haven't had it yet. I'm sure we've all had our fair share of ups and downs throughout this whole journey. Sometimes, it's nice to talk about your frustrations without judgement. And what better place to talk about what you're going through, than with people who also have had similar situations. So let's start!

brimm_brittany 45 Posted September 20, 2017 I'm 13 months post op and I've lost over 200 pounds. But I remember like it was yesterday waiting to get approved. It took me over a year to finally get a date for surgery. I wish you all the best! And if you have any questions, I'm here! brimm_brittany 45 Posted September 20, 2017 I had bypass, only because I had so much excess weight and I'm fairly young (21 at the time of surgery, 22 now) so recovery would be easier. I started at 450 pounds and today I'm at 235. Still have some more to lose, but I'm working on it! 1 SampTheChamp reacted to this
