PrayingForWeightLoss 337 Posted September 29, 2017 I've had hunger since surgery. But this last week. I just don't want to or feel like eating. I had 4 ounce of Protein this after noon . 8 pm now so to late to eat and feel abit odd today. Cals for this week have been low. But I thought you eat when hungry. Last week I was eating more often as was hungry. Now 300 cal for the day and I'm done. Is this okay ? Weekends are higher I think not sure about this weekend as I feel like I won't have much of an appetite. Can the ghrenlin removal start working now?I am going through the same thing but was worse at about the 6 week mark. I am 9 weeks out and I have learned that I have days I eat better than other days. On my "feed" days (I made that term up) I eat as much protein as I can up to about 70 g then on the not good days I supplement with one Protein Shake. If I get to 50g then that's not so bad. Marblicious 130 Posted September 29, 2017 I am 3 and a bit months post surgery and apart from the first 2 weeks I have been continuously hungry. I have no trouble eating anything and have to make sure I don't eat too much. During this whole process, I have never felt I could not have enough Water or Protein. I don't know why that is. But the hunger bothers me a lot. I often wonder if there is something wrong.
