Iluvharleys 15 Posted January 7, 2005 Welcome to bandland Kate! Each day will get better for you. Walking helped me more than any of the meds did.
New Hope 37 Posted January 7, 2005 Hi, Kate! Congratulations! How much weight are you wanting to lose? It really does get better every day. Try to walk around as much as you can. Mylican Baby Gas Drops worked better for me than Gas-X. Have you tried a heating pad? Or standing in a warm shower, on the pulse setting? That seemed to feel good on my back and shoulders. Just don't soak in a bath tub yet. (You have open incisions and don't want to chance an infection.) Please try to drink as much as you can to avoid dehydration. Continual little sips here and there add up. Look forward to getting to know you better on here!
