amb052492 84 Posted September 22, 2017 I have BCBS but I live in Kentucky. I chatted online with my insurance company every day like two weeks after it was submitted. I found out that they hadn't received it from my office. The rep called and asked them to re-fax... I was literally approved overnight at that point.
