I'm STUCK

I've hit my FIRST plateau. And it has lasted for a MONTH! I'm exercising, Ive tried drinking 2 shakes a day with just one meal... Is there anything else I can do to help jump start the loss again??? Ideas? Suggestions??? Help?

Hi there
I'm now in 7 month post op
I've been stuck on 97kg for nearly 2 months but I'm dropping in clothes size, so just keep doing what your doing, stay away from the scales for awhile. It will kick start again. I'm down 37kg and mentally weighing myself and seeing it not going down it's a real bummer on your brain. So keep an eye on your clothes as long as they are feeling like your losing then you probably are.
Stay strong in mind and you will start dropping in the scales also
