ShilohD 70 Posted September 18, 2017 I've hit my FIRST plateau. And it has lasted for a MONTH! I'm exercising, Ive tried drinking 2 shakes a day with just one meal... TheBomb64 39 Posted September 18, 2017 Hi thereI'm now in 7 month post opI've been stuck on 97kg for nearly 2 months but I'm dropping in clothes size, so just keep doing what your doing, stay away from the scales for awhile. It will kick start again. I'm down 37kg and mentally weighing myself and seeing it not going down it's a real bummer on your brain. So keep an eye on your clothes as long as they are feeling like your losing then you probably are.
