Berry78 4,261 Posted September 18, 2017 This is a personal choice. A rough estimate is "around 50 net carbs". If you want to be in ketosis then keep your net carbs under 20 (net is total minus fiber). 50 is still low carb but not usually in ketosis. Up to 100 is still relatively low carb.
