I'm only 3 days post op and I'm having terrible pain after I sip and swallow anything! Any tips?

Key words small and slow!
Take small sips and drink slowly & if small tips still cause pain take tiny sips. It will take longer to drink so this is where your patience comes in. You may also notice some liquids are easier than other i.e. Hot, cold, Water, broth, milk. Good Luck with your journey!
