Dr. Michaelson did my band back in 2010 and removed my gallbladder in 2011. He is awesome. He didn't do my revision but that is only because I moved.

Loved him, he had the best bed side manner. And he never made you feel bad when you were struggling. (As was my case with that fricken torture device - the band)
