When you burn fat it turns into various chemicals that are released from your body through (mostly) urine, saliva, sweat, and breath.

That's why during weight loss you want to bump up the Water to flush the chemicals from your renal system. That's why you have stinky breath during weight loss as well.

Jello... yep, I saw the same thing too. I suspect most notice the same thing.

I noticed the Jello thing too. It's like before the fat was just packed in so tight that it didnt giggle so much, now there is less packed in so it kinda moves about. Less fat is the first step to "not fat" whooo hoooo !!

I definitely think that Water helps the elasticity of the skin. The sooner you start some sort of resistance or weight training program the better it will be in the long run. I noticed during my weight loss that sometimes I would plateau for 2 months but lose major inches this was my body "compacting" getting rid of the "jello" as you call it. So keep in mind that plateauing at this point isn't a bad thing. It just means that your body is catching up to the weight loss. I always felt a little "jello-e" right before a plateau. Good Luck!
