I am new to this group. Have been a member in the past. Just referred to Dr. Prachand at the Univ. of Chicago. Just wondering if anyone has had surgery with him or know of someone who did. Thanks.

Yes, he's known to do the DS. You must make sure about a couple of things that have come up with him:

1. Is he doing it in 1 or 2 parts?

2. Is he doing the traditional DS or the Loop DS on you?
