sassifunk 11 Posted September 11, 2017 I was sleeved April 4. Prior to surgery on pre op I lost 15. I am 5'3.5. As you can see it fluxes each month and the process does slow down. I went from a size 24/ 3x to a Large 12/14. My goal from my doctor is 130 but I am going for 150. August was tough as the scale didn't move. I had to look at measurements to see the progression. My doctor is sort of rude and has been on me about my progress. I am doing all the right things. Diana_in_Philly 1,426 Posted September 11, 2017 You're doing great. There are going to be ups and downs. Some months will be better than others. You are 5 months out and made amazing progress. Be proud of what you have achieved!
Apple1 2,572 Posted September 12, 2017 At 5 months out you have lost an average of about 10 lbs a month. I think that is great progress. This is not a sprint but a marathon. As long as you are making permanent long term changes to the way you eat, it doesn't matter if it takes you 1 year or 2 years to reach your goal. Keep up the great work!! 3 Arielle, Simply_Divine and MSinger reacted to this
