Finally one of the reps took my phone number and said she would keep an eye out and let me know when the status changed. She told me to expect it around the 19th. Too long! I started the process at the end of July and I just had surgery this past Tuesday so it took a little over a month for them to approve it. I'm with The NSW Teachers Union Health Fund. I have "top" hospital cover and "top" extras cover.
