Good morning everyone,

I hope this finds you in great spirits, considering it's Friday, I must say I am. With saying that, after seeing what Harvey did to my state, I am very concerned for our pals in Florida. For those of you who are having to go through this horrible storm and you have BCBS, please know, we are allowing emergency overrides for your RX's. They can be processed at your network retail pharmacies. If you have active RX's w/ your retail or mail order pharmacies, if you have to leave and go to another location, those Rx's can be transferred over to another pharmacy and the override will be permitted.
