Hi everyone!!! 😊 I’m scheduled for VSG surgery December 5th!!! I’m afraid and happy but I’m definitely looking forward to getting ready to start my new life. (There is a little person inside me that’s been waiting to come out for years and I’m excited to meet her) 😊

I had my last preop appointment today! I preregistered for my surgery and signed all my forms. It’s getting real! 12/6 is right around the corner

I have been using the Primer Protein Shakes. Getting by with them.

Are the shakes pre made or a powder mix? Ive seen pre made at Walmart. When is or was your date?

They are premade. I rather have them just because I work so much. I get them from Walmart. I am on day 7 of the liquid diet surgery date is dec 7th.

I’m going to use premier for now but I’m not going to buy a big case because our taste might change after surgery. I also bought Isopure unflavored Protein to mix into my puddings, Jello and to make smoothies with.
