Very excited and nervous at the sametime, I'm in my last steps of surgery on Tuesday I have to go in for the final exams of an EKG and see the anesthesialogist for the ok for surgery! I was also told to start the high Protein diet, prior to surgery any inputs of a good and adorable Protein Powder I can purchase? Your help is greatly appreciated!
