KateBruin 344 Posted September 13, 2017 I only wait 30 min. That seems to be about the time I can lay down after eating without getting reflux so it seems to work. I'm just so used to drinking during meals. I also try and liquid load before eating. It gives me time to really think okay, am I actually hungry plus it makes the post eating period easier. recreatingcate 132 Posted September 13, 2017 I was VERY bad at following this rule for a while, but when I began to follow it better, my weight loss kicked up a notch.
