Marblicious 130 Posted September 4, 2017 Hi there, How much Water are you drinking? If you are not drinking enough then you will definitely feel thirsty. But if you are drinking enough then I would speak to your doctor because thirst is a potential sign for diabetes and you should get that checked out.
julsfit 133 Posted September 5, 2017 Are you getting enough electrolytes so you're not dehydrating.HW 258SW 242 3/22/17CW 185GW 1405'3''
Berry78 4,261 Posted September 5, 2017 I agree with both of the above posts. It'd be best to get checked by your doc so you can treat what is actually wrong.
pumpedandready 27 Posted September 5, 2017 I am drinking plenty of Water but don't feel like I am peeing enough and always feel bloated.Sent from my SM-G935P using BariatricPal mobile app
VelvetSpank 36 Posted September 5, 2017 I feel the same. Although I'm still not able to get my 64oz of Water in, I feel constantly thirsty. I've always been a big water guzzler and Before surgery I could easily drink a gallon in a day but now I'm constantly thirsty and hungry, not able to drink enough but can't seem to shake the thirst either. I'm so lost.
littlebearsmom25 37 Posted September 5, 2017 I have been checked for diabetes and that isn't an issue, I will talk to my doctor about that again though. I am probably drinking close to 64 oz, but the problem is the waiting to drink when I am not eating. I just would rather drink all day, and when I know I have to stop cause I have to eat it's really hard. Berry78 4,261 Posted September 5, 2017 Ok, if you've been checked for diabetes, then you probably need more salt. Check to see how much you are getting. Aim for 1500-2500mg. You don't want too much because we have trouble getting enough potassium, and too much salt messes up that balance. 1 littlebearsmom25 reacted to this
Apple1 2,572 Posted September 5, 2017 I think your electrolyte balance may be off. Talk to your doctor. Maybe a Gatorade zero would help.
