Band replacement

I had to have my band replaced because of a leak is there a way to get the manufacturer to reimburse me for all of my out-of-pocket medical expenses?

That would be a question for an attorney I'm afraid. But my guess would be no. You would have to prove that the leak came from a defect and not caused by the surgeon.
