I was just banded Tues night. I flew to Mexico ALONE and was frightened at the last minute. I did my research and intellectually felt ok about my decision. Feelings don't always line up with intellect.

I am getting better every day. It did not hurt to get up out of bed today, but it hurts to lay on my port side (tender).

On a scale of 1-10 with pain, my pain at the worst was a 6. It is not unbearable at all.

I have been dealing with depression and second guessing myself, but I have heard that is also normal.

I felt peace in my spirit when I made my decision and I always go with my peace. If there is no peace I won't do it.

If you are a woman of prayer, then pray about it and God will give you the peace you need if it is for you.
