I have united health care community plan has anyone had problems getting approved for sleeve? Im located in ny

Let me know how it goes for you. I have UnitedHealthcare Community Plan as well and I’ll be sent out for approval on the 9th of January.

I also have uhc what was your prior with criteria? And is or was it approved I’m so nervous about this!
