DOES ANYONE.... Protien shakes- day, Veggies- night?

Does anyone have their fill at a level where they can drink only Protein shakes during the day and then eat healthy foods at night with some restriciton.

Since there is more restriction in the morning/throughout the day than there is at night.

Does this work for you??

That's what I do but not because of restriction but by choice. But I can't wait until too late because I'm tight in the AMs and again in the PMs. So my "food window" is about 1PM - 7PM.

BTW, I don't do it for weight loss, I do it because I hate cooking or preparing food. I just hate it.

At some point, when I get closer to goal, I will most likely eat one solid meal a day around mid-day. I also hate to cook or take the time to eat a meal. I'd rather go out to lunch with friends for a real meal, and then just get my liquids in the rest of the day (with enough Protein of course). Builder Protein Bars are helpful for getting the protein in.

I've generally been able to eat at any time without problems. This recent fill may change that.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
