Ducker 59 Posted August 29, 2017 Hello All- I am scheduled for Sleeve Revision to Mini-Bypass on Sept 29th. I do not have enough vacation time to take extended time off, so I will be returning to work in 5 days. I am having my surgery with Dr. Ilan. Any tips, advice, input, or expectations you would like to share? I took off 2 weeks with my sleeve and was bored to tears after about 5 days. So, I'm confident I'll be fine to return to my desk job so quickly. Also, it has been rumored that my weight loss will much slower with the second surgery than it was with the Sleeve. Anybody have any insight on this? Thanks in advance. 1 MarinaGirl reacted to this
AnnC 8 Posted August 29, 2017 HI, why are you thinking of doing this? I am wondering just because I am so scared of the acid reflux that I seem to be getting with my sleeve. Thanks

Ducker 59 Posted August 30, 2017 That is exactly the reason I am doing it. The acid reflux is unbearable, and in my consult the surgeon said the conversion should resolve the issue. 1 MarinaGirl reacted to this
