I'm scheduled to have my band done on Friday and all I've seen this morning are posts saying it's not effective or it's just too hard. Please tell me your opinions on the band!!

Mine is this Thursday. I'm so nervous! I think there are lots of positive outcomes, so if we work the program right- we should be successful!!
