Hitting the Wall at 6 Months....

I found this article on the Apex Body Bugg site that sounds reasonable (which is not the same thing as "encouraging"!)

I don't know if at the 6 month point I would call this a plateau. I always thought a plateau happened close to your goal...say 10/20 lbs. from goal weight.

I think just a little change in the diet routine might be the thing. I noticed I was eating a lot of softer foods that were higher in calories during the day. I switched to toast in the AM. I can only finish one slice, which is a lot less calories than my oatmeal/milk and the yogurt following 1 hr. later. That one slice of toast takes me all morning to eat followed by my Protein drink a little later on.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
